I got a dozen roses for Valentine's Day
The flowers were dead four days later. I preorder the flowers, so it was Valentine's Day when I pick them up and I didn't have time to go shop around for different flowers. I thought the flowers would get better after putting them in fresh water but they just wilted and died ... It's so disappointing. The attached photos were taken four days after pickup

Jim from Ipswich Flowers went above and beyond to make our delivery exceptional. We provided him with an old home address and he worked after hours to ensure the delivery was placed with the correct home. His communication was amazing and we really appreciated it! 10/10 flower shop!!!!! Highly recommend.

Purchased the Rose Passion bouquet for my mom's bday. The bouquet arrangement and the quality of the roses were stunning! Totally made my mom's day.

This order was a piece to be given from my mother, my family as well as my sister's family. So we were expecting to spend a good amount for a substantial piece.
We were very surprised when we saw the carnation piece for $300. (Green heart below)
My mother said that she asked for hydrangeas to be included in the piece, but was told that they could not be put in the piece as they would wilt. She was disappointed as she really loves hydrangeas and thought they'd look beautiful and would fill out the heart nicely, but she said she deferred to Amber and Lynda's advice as they have the expertise.
This piece had beautiful hydrangeas without issue. (White and purple below)
I wouldn't complain, as I don't have knowledge regarding floral arrangements. BUT...three weeks ago, my grandmother passed away (it's been a rough month for our family) and I was tasked with purchasing flowers to represent our group. I went to a florist in Danvers, where the event took place, I paid $384 for TWO pieces (one shown below). One is a large heart shape, densely packed with roses, spray roses and hydrangeas with filler greens around the edge, the second piece was a small cross placed in the casket with 5 large roses representing her great grandchildren. Both of these pieces were very substantial and worthy of the $384, including ribboning and delivery. (Pink heart attached)
The piece that arrived for my uncle was very "flat" looking with the greenery border looking floppy. It was an embarrassing piece for us to present for my uncle's service.
How can these 2 hearts be comparable? One is ONLY carnations the other ALL roses and hydrangeas.
It was certainly not what any of us expected. Especially after our purchase a few weeks ago, we had hoped to have similar quality.
Super disappointed and embarrassed.
I reached out with an email to shop prior to post. Have not heard back for a couple of days.
