I love Dr Katie in Inman. I have always been super picky about who adjusts me and I love Her adjustments! She is also fantastic with kids!

Honestly I wanted to give a good review, but after reading through other comments, it seems that they cant get their insurance situation figured out. I, along with another family started going and was told they accepted both our insurance. Several visits in and suddenly we are told our insurance refused to pay because theyre out of network. My insurance pays regardless of whether in or out of network, however I was told they still dont accept my insurance. The other family member is on Medicare, and after several visits was told the exact same story and also told they now owe over $240 for the previous visits. After multiple visits my problem was only slightly better. I went to another chiropractor and after one visit the problem was fixed and hasnt hurt me since. Im really beginning to believe this organization is just out to get peoples money and not actually fix anything. Theyll do just enough to make you feel slightly better and think its working, only to turn around and tell you that they actually dont accept your insurance and youll now have to pay full price out of pocket for any further visits, and you also owe for the previous visits. There is no excuse for telling someone you accept their insurance and it taking multiple visits later before you let them know you dont accept it. Unless you dont mind paying for multiple visits to fix a problem that should only take one visit, and you dont mind being told later that you owe a ton of money because they suddenly realized they dont take your insurance, I would avoid this company.

I called a head of time to make sure they took my insurance, Ive been having back pain for a while and really needed to get adjusted but at the moment I cant afford it. Im pregnant and already on a budget so wanted to make sure before I came in, they told me depending on what my insurance covered, it shouldnt cost more than $46 because thats how much they charge cash. I come in, I gave my insurance card filled out paper work they talked with me and then adjusted me. After all of that they tell me to pay $57.. they dont explain anything else, they just said your total is $57 I was very confused but Im not confrontational so I used my credit card since I didnt have that money.. since they told me itll be less than $46.. I ask about my insurance after I paid saying how much did my insurance cover? And then she goes to tell me oh we dont take your insurance like what? I gave you my insurance the second I walked through the doors, when you were putting it in the system you couldnt bother to tell me oh Im sorry, it looks like we actually dont take your insurance but no instead she lied when I called to ask specifically about my insurance I gave the name and everything and then scammed me by not telling me the second she found out they dont take my insurance. To some $57 is nothing but its a lot for me, right now especially and Im very unhappy with this. She should have asked me if I still want to go through with it because if she had asked me I would have said not right now, due to the fact that I cant afford it.
