Brookville Rd Self Storage

My husband went this evening to work in the storage locker. At 8:30 PM he attempted to leave. The front gate had no power to the box you put the code into to open the gate to exit. The back gate the box was lit up and accepted the code but the gate would not lift. There is no one to call. They lock the bathrooms after office hours. My 65 y/o husband will have to sleep on the cold cement floor with a couple of blankets. He has diarreah so they will have messes to deal with tomorrow

Customer service was great, Pam was excellent with helping me set up my accout and with getting squared aware with my stotage unit. I can give them 10 stars!!!!

Wished I could give 0 stars! We had an outdoor spot for our travel trailer since 2019. We had our camper out of storage, as we were on a camping trip. Returned to facility to find a box truck was parked in our spot! My husband called and spoke to the office lady. She was very rude! Expected us to move spots! What! We had been there for over 4 years and they messed up and to fix their mess up we had to move?! We were not about to park our camper somewhere else on their lot. The only reason we were still with this facility was because we had a spot in the front next to the building. We have family members that have their rv parked there in the back and it has been broken into and vandalized a # of times!! There is a homeless camp in the back by the railroad tracks. Someone cut a hole through the chain link fence. My family member had to alert the office of this. Don't know if that was fixed. The office lady told my husband we would receive a credit....still waiting on that! They took their payment on the 10th of October AND then put another customer in our spot!! So basically they got double payment on the same spot! Bottom line- don't trust this place!!! Search around like we did. We found a much more secure facility not far from this dump for the same price! Not to mention, the new place has top notch customer service!!!
