Have been trying to get a payment plan in place with these people for a good week. No success whatsoever. Employees are never available. Looking at you Lissa. The associates that are there are uninformed and uncooperative. If there's any way to get my situation changed, trust and believe, I will definitely check it out. You guys are pathetic.

They're debt collectors but they're at least friendly at doing their job. They've adjusted the required payment amount for me, when my hours changed. I don't necessarily "like" them but for debt collectors, they haven't been bad.

Worst debt collections agency I've ever dealt with. They aren't even located downtown anymore. Their legal office and collections offices are together. Imagine that. The lady answering the phone only answers phones she says. She can't do anything else. Been transferred to voicemail over and over and over and over and over again. Pitiful. I havent been able to get an apartment because of the nature of the collection on my account. Need to get it removed to find an apartment LB Gray has still yet to reach out. Appealed process twice and still no answer. . Do I have a legal expert not from LB Gray to assist me?

You guys are awful for garnishing my wages. I am a single divorced mom who doesn't get any child support and you are taking money that could be used to take care of my daughter. Taking money from alot of innocent people! If I could give zero stars I would. :(
