    Mick is completely unprofessional. He only enforces covenants when he chooses to and has terrible follow up. He claims that he mails and emails his notices yet homeowners are not receiving them. Additionally, his "fill in the blank" notices are generic, incomplete, and difficult to understand. Unfortunately, someone has also given him the ability to assess fees WITHOUT sending statements that he has done such. Yes, Mick, I chose to live in an HOA. I just didn't know you would be incompetent with the very simple job that you have. Imagine if people fulfilling real careers functioned and behaved like you.

    PMI is extremely unprofessional. They dont answer calls or emails. I continue to get told I am not making my monthly payments on time and continue to get charged a late fee. However, i have documentation to support my monthly payments are automatically withdrawn each month 1 week prior to the due date. Again this could easily be discussed if someone was available to answer calls during business hours or call you back after leaving multiple voice messages. When i finally received an email reply (several weeks later) from Alicia Reece, she was extremely unprofessional. I do not recommend this company!

    May 29th 2023: FREEDOM OF SPEECH and prof., OF STATEMENTS, BELOW: ============= HOMEOWNERS , Meadow at Sage Brook JUNGLE, they do NOT MOW, period! And they ignore, HOA letters! Do something. WE homeowners, are concerned! Do something! Yuck OH dead tree also! Dead trees, in neighborhood in front of homes and in back of homes and these trees are NOT even two years old, Yuck Brings about bugs and rodents! Do SOMETHING! Help us homeowners who pay the HOA fees! GRASS and WEED ORDINANCE grass and weeds can NOT be ABOVE 8 inches in our town! Way over 8 inches high grass and weeds, , this neighborhood need homeowners that MOW, mowing of this neighborhood! ONLY a hand ful of people MOW, their lawns, too look nice! Ugh! YOU are the company for MEADOW AT SAGE-BROOK , says Alicia R.,! August 19th 2023: below: Than another homeowner, 5794 home ================================== ALSO, neighbors with fences, they do NOT ask you the homeowner on the OUTER side of the fence, on NOT their property , side!, too put up a fence period! They just do and put! Than you find they put ON THE PROPERTY LINE! And than they MOW without your permission YOUR side of your property side of the fence! You talk too the neighbor NOW 4 times and every time SHE says she will ALLOW us too mow the lawn on the outer side of the fence! * SAY, WHAT? WE do NOT need her permission too MOW OUR OWN lawn we pay for , says any good attorney! Real-estate Attorney, too be exact! She even pays, someone also, too mow, her lawn! We spoke with HIM now twice, she pays him 50 dollars every time ! I took plenty of pictures of this trespassing on our property! My husband has spoken too homeowner of fence now, four times , And she does NOT care or do as she says she will do she even mowed on our property right after stating she would NOT! I spoke too person she pays NOW 2 times pictures on security cameras also!!! ! I told him this is our land stay off our property! My husband plants grass, seeds. waters and they mow and KILL the grass! WE WANT these fence issues attended too period! WE NOW after four times being nice, and her agreeing and doing just the opposite, want her FENCE, MOVED too fence line and off the property line!!! Police spoke too her October 5th 2023, and October 22nd 2023, she did again as please and was on our side of our property with her trimmer! Ignoring police is against the law! Picture below! ******We never agreed too anything too do with a fence and NO ONE told us was on property line, until we started having issues of her killing our grass!!!!! My husband pride and joy is his grass like any man! Time and money wasted every time she cuts too short and OUR GRASS, dies! Hello do something, enforce the fence line! Picture added of FENCE being on property line! Bam Or we go too court and get whole. Fence taken down! **** Trespassing is called by law, under, Can I Remove My Neighbors Fence From My Property? If your neighbor has built a fence that turns out to be located on your property, they are technically trespassing. To avoid adverse possession complications, you should first approach your neighbor about the fence. If they refuse to move or take it down or some other official means to prove the boundaries of your yard, can take action to remove the fence. *The law is the law 24/7, she and anyone she hires or any relative does NOT belong mowing OUR PROPERTY period! My husband mows our lawn ONLY! Amen too fact of fence laws in our state! 5794 Meadow at Sage Brook: ========================= Dog barks ridiculously morning noon and night! Starts at 6:22 in morning and continues and goes again at noon time and again , and again and again! Have barking on video taping!!! Anytime a truck, car or garbage truck goes bye! The barking Is ANNOYING seeing homes are so close too each other! And you can hear through your walls and her dog is inside her home! Annoying dog barking! Now April 2024: SAME issue with next door neighbor lawn hired people trespassing , man swore at me two times I called/911!

image Mick is completely unprofessional. He only enforces covenants when he chooses to and has terrible follow up. He claims that he mails and emails his notices yet homeowners are not receiving them. Additionally, his "fill in the blank" notices are generic, incomplete, and difficult to understand. Unfortunately, someone has also given him the ability to assess fees WITHOUT sending statements that he has done such. Yes, Mick, I chose to live in an HOA.
