This Target is poorly managed and unorganized. As someone who previously worked for Target, I know how they are SUPPOSED to treat their customers. Multiple times I have come in here needing help from the service desk and they always fail to help me. From a refund-rebill, to helping with an order pickup. This Target is not willing to work with their customers. If you need help, especially from the service desk, just save your time and go to Carmel West. This Target has never failed to let me down and I will not be going in here again unless it is to pick up something quick.

This store keeps getting worse. I have been taking my Target shopping to other locations because of it, but they were the closest option for an item that was in stock today. It was an absolute mess. The Magnolia section was a disaster. I found an empty food bag and a half liter of Minute Maid in a planter. The guests treat it like a dumpster and the employees dont seem to care. And I saw plenty of people working. I had to approach the customer service desk for a pick up and twice one of the employees working had to ask one of the other loitering employees to leave their socialization corner and come and help. And while I waited on my order I could hear an argument happening between two female employees. This is why I dont come here. Back to Southport for me!
