I often get different answers to the same questions from different customer service reps, which can cause me to trust false information and get tests/procedures/etc. done that end up not actually being covered by my insurance. Also, over half of the times I have called, nothing about my case has been updated in my notes (as I find out the next time I call), if they've even noted that I called before at all. The company in general is a mess and very un-empathetic, and the customer service generally reflects that. I would switch insurance companies if I could.

It works quite well! Phone menu is not complex, its pretty easy to reach the nurse line or members services (talk to a human representative) and they reps are also nice and helpful.

There hours clearly says 8am-8pm and I say on the phone from 7:43pm-8:02pm and no one picked up!!! Ridiculous
