I am a neighbor to one of there properties located in Franklin township. I am giving the property management side a big Zero. I have asked the property manager to put up a fence to block the car headlights,trash,and the foot traffic that is steadily bombarding my house. I have contacted them a few times but it never seems to get resolved.
For the life of me, I don't know why you would put a dumpster so close to the neighbor hood behind you, or for that matter have delivery trucks come at 3 in the morning, radio blaring and trash trucks that love to pick up trash at 5 in the morning and slam the dumpster on the ground waking up my kids.
I'm constantly picking up trash that blows into my back yard and sometimes front yard. I will be contacting the BBB as well as my HOA, the business managers, and anyone else who will listen to this travesty (channel 6).
This does not help my nor my neighbors house values having this literally in our back yard. I will be posting pictures up on our HOA Facebook, and keeping a log of all that goes on or should I say that doesn't go on.
