Initially it was great having our mom there. That staff was nice. But then covid hit and they became short staffed. Mom was neglected, was severely dehydrated and had a stroke and they didn't tell us. One caring soul confirmed what happened days later. We got in to see her but it was too late.
As of 1/17/2024, I see the response below. That is not a sincere response from willowlake. It's just the same response they send everyone. The fact is....they neglected our mom and didn't tell us. She probably wasn't eating either because her mouth was twisted due to her stroke. My regret is that I didn't sue them. I hope Bloom does a better job. You need to fire the whole management staff and hire new people.

Im looking forward to many positive changes with the residents care. I have high expectations from the information Ive received by the owners. Time will tell.
