I can not complain. I come here so often because of my risk factors. I can not give one bad opinion. I absolutely love this place! The staff members are extremely nice. Hailey is just the best she's extremely attentive. My favorite nurse, Kristen, is comforting. She is one of the best I've come across. I appreciate all the care that has been provided to me. I suggest that you give this clinic a chance.

I will ALWAYS go to HealthNet midwives for care. These are some of the nicest, professional, up to date providers I have ever met. They listen intently and prove time and time again that they actually care. These midwives are able to support you in your all natural essential oil delivery AND save your life if you delivery doesnt go as planned. Does the waiting room look a little run down? Yes. But Ive never had a bad experience here. Dont underestimate this place!

My first visit here with my son was awesome !! He got his first shots and it wasn't a bad experience for either one of us.... But today was horrible for my little baby sadly. The nurse that did his shots was overly aggressive with his shots. Midway as I was turning around to look at her do it I literally seen he stab the needle in my baby thigh VERY HARD as if she was stabbing something. I had to take him to another hospital for them to examine him because he cried for 2 hours and has severe bruising on the thigh she did it to. She did the last 2 correctly but that first shot hurt my son and I don't appreciate that. THAT WAS VERY HURTFUL TO EXPERIENCE AS A MOTHER.. AFRICAN AMERICAN MOTHER AT THAT. I will be reporting it to the Nursing Board cause my son didn't deserve that experience. Racism isn't need in a doctor's office, pediatrics especially!!

I went here during my first pregnancy and had a really good experience! I'm now on baby #2 and decided to give Community North a try but I really miss going to Healthnet Downtown. I grew up going to Healthnet on the Southwest side and didn't think too highly of them, and this office does have some of the weird healthnet policies regarding scheduling and waiting, but the staff really care about their patients. I saw the NP Haley throughout my last pregnancy, I rarely saw my actual OB because I always requested Haley she's great! I also was a part of the We Care program and saw Melissa as well as a few other social workers in my time here, Melissa was very down to earth and easy to talk to. My actual ob was nice enough but always seemed tired and rushed, Haley took the time to answer all my questions and she knew how to handle my insistent pestering when I really wanted my cervix checked at 36 weeks without being rude. Good thing she refused and waited until 37 weeks just to be safe because when we did check it my water broke! Overall this office was concerned and caring and never condenscending...something that can't be said about my Community North experience. My doctors at Healthnet were concerned as I didn't gain any weight at all during my pregnancy until the very end when i gained 5 pounds, they even did an extra ultrasound to ensure she was growing okay, despite the fact I started out as a bigger girl they never singled me out for it. Community North constantly goes on about my weight despite having actually lost 10 pounds this pregnancy. They want to induce me and they're doing weekly ultrasounds have labeled me as high risk for literally NO REASON other than I'm a big girl. They keep going on about my risk of diabetes and preeclampsia even though I have no history of these issues and have great blood pressure, it was 105/59 at my last appointment! My doctor has convinced herself I have asthma even though I've never mentioned it and one day she asked me if when am i getting my csection, why would I need a c section I delivered my first vaginally?! I was not happy that day she assumed I was getting a csection just because im a big girl. If I could do it all over again this pregnancy I'd go back to healthnet and haley!

All around horrible, lack of care, unprofessional. Waited over a day to get my 2 sick children in to an appt due to their inconvenient, illogical scheduling tactics (apparently sick children can't get in same day to be seen even if you call at 8am no one can schedule the appt without the delayed call from a follow up nurse.. the nurse will call you back at 12pm to tell you no appts left for the day so will have to schedule for next day, late in the day at that, even after I'm offering to visit another facility besides the downtown location if that means getting us in sooner). We showed up a few minutes early today at 3:15pm, for 3:30pm appt. All was well until the medical asst was done taking vitals and we were placed in a check up room for well over an hour with no staff coming in, no doctor, no resident doctor, no nurse, no medical asst, no one...to check on the kids at all. After an hour and 15 minutes in the room, we left. Two sick toddlers sat in the room throwing fits the entire time due to being sick and irritable, not understanding why the doctor is not seeing them yet. As we're walking out I notice no employees in the back check up area, and plenty leaving to go home for the weekend. No check up for my sick children after waiting all this time. I have been graceful time after time taking my kids to this provider given the covid and healthcare situations, short staffing, etc. the past couple years. Normal well children check up appts are usually fine and pretty quick in & out, aside from the horrible administrative employees, but this, today, was absolutely unacceptable...Save your time and find a provider who actually cares enough to see your children promptly, especially when we had an already delayed appt time scheduled for sick children. I am livid and highly disappointed with Health net!
