How do you rate more than 5 stars? I have been going to Knotts Optometry for the past 6 years and the amazing experience of Dr. Knotts and her team keeps getting better. Dr. Knotts is kind, thorough, and informative. She addresses all of my concerns (even the plastic waste concern I had about daily contacts). From check-in to check-out, every team member is friendly, skilled, super accommodating, and always such a pleasure to work with. The first time I left, I thought "wow, that was great." Somehow, they've managed to make every subsequent visit even better.

Do not recommend. They will give you glasses with the wrong prescription and refuse to make it right. About 8 months after buying my glasses, I had to go to the doctor and found out that the prescription glasses Knotts had given me did not match what my Dr. had prescribed. I then contacted Knotts and what I heard was "it has been a year, nothing we can do now", to which I replied that it didn't matter since they sold me the wrong thing (besides, it had not been a year yet and apparently that is their automatic answer to things). They then told me come by to have them look and see if they were wrong or not. I mentioned that I live in the East Coast and that I wasn't sure when I would be in the area and would reach out again later. I did reach out again, still in my 1 year period, asked to be refunded for the out-of-pocket expense only since I was not going to be in the area anytime soon. Their response again was "it has been a year, nothing we can do". It hadn't been a year, even if it had, I have never heard of an optometry practice refusing to fix their mistake.
