        I paid a deposit for a wood fence on April 12th, 2021. Mr. Rackley gave an estimate of 5-6 weeks to begin the project. June came around and I had not heard anything and he said the materials were ordered and they would start soon. He repeated that multiple times through June and July as I continued to inquire on when it would start and why it was taking so long.I requested a refund on August 11th and he has been unresponsive to my text messages since then. Highly unprofessional. Completely unreliable. Beware.
