I was suffering from symptoms of long COVID and chronic cough. I saw Dr Fosso once and she knew exactly why my cough wouldn't go away and long covid complications. She put me on two medications and within a month I was much better! The staff were friendly and I enjoyed talking to them. Appointments were on time and everyone was professional. I recommend Dr. Fosso highly!

Dr. Fosso is the absolute best!! She is very knowledgeable, thorough, and really cares about her patients.

Dr. Fasso is amazing, kind , and thoughtful. Has really helped my daughter get a handle on her allergies. However!!! The staff leaves alot to be desired, they are at times rude, unresponsive, and act like they are doing you a favor to serve your needs. The one nurse in particular who does the testing for allergens, is rude, and not very sensitive to the patients needs. When she tested my daughter and found out one of her allergies was to pet dander, she said and I quote " you would be better off just getting rid of your dogs". And not in a joking way, my daughter loves her pets, and would never even think of doing such a thing. If it weren't for Dr. Fasso, we would change doctors, not not so sure she's aware of her staffs shortcomings. If

I need an eppi pen prescription with corrected print out. The receptionist refused to have the doctor fill out the new form & told me she faxed the document over again. The pharmacy told me that the first copies were invalid because the doctor signature was split from the prescription & a signature of mine was missing. This receptionist told me she faxed it over. The pharmacy received nothing. I could die if I come across what Im allergic to. This receptionist is playing with my life. Not to mention she doesnt greet people or move with a sense of urgency when theyre awaiting at a locked door. I called today to have this issue resolved and was told the office is closed, no office manager available, and the doctor is on vacation. Hopefully thats true, I was honest and told her what my expectations were. She claimed she didnt understand my first request, and she will fix this. I dont believe it at all. This is not a joke. The receptionist is average height on the shorter end. Long blonde ponytail each time I see her. Never once greeted me, not friendly, and seems to be upset when I ask for her to do what receptionists do. I hope the office manager is nothing like her. I have Dr Fosso considers a better staff
