I had a Cadillac Convertible transported from Kansas City, Kansas to Aiken, South Carolina. When it arrived it had a tear in the top that was not there when it left Kansas City. Narrow Way Towing companies insurance company came out and looked at he car. They accepted the claim and wrote me a check for the amount above the deductible. They told me Narrow Way Towing was responsible for the deductible amount. Narrow Way Towing has refused to pay the deductible of $1,000. Please beware of Narrow Way's business practices.
