I am extremely upset and disappointed in the service that I have received thus far. We are in a home that is barely 2 years old and have already had to replace a motor in the attic. I understand that not everything is under warranty and things do you happen but after we paid $80 for the dispatch fee, plus another $450 for the repair, on top of the membership fee that we are signed up for, we came home 5 days later to find our AC isnt working AGAIN. The repair was done the day we found the problem to ensure there wasnt further effected parts. This is absolutely ridiculous and its starting to seem like a scam. They post 24 hour emergency services, yet I called and there is nobody that can come and help us and there was nobody else that we can contact. How is this possible? I highly suggest you consider different options than this money pit. I was charged $473 to have a single circuit breaker replaced. Parks charges $201 to simply have someone look at the electrical panel. They did arrive same day, the guy was professional. On the other hand, it was $473 to have a single circuit breaker replaced.

Out with the old, in with the new- Hello 2023!!Parks Heating and Air replaced my entire system. We agreed on a price and they started the next day - and stayed in contact with me throughout the job. Ronald and Charli were troopers through the tight, muddy crawl space of my older home. And when they encountered multiple unseen problems under the house, instead of backing down they called the company for reinforcements and multiple men joined in their efforts immediately! I'm already experiencing the benefits of cleaner air in my home from the PureAir purifier they added to the new unit. Impressive company!
