Darren seemed nice at first and showed a real intrest in helping us refinance our home, it soon became apperent it was not being handled very well. Things were not progressing and he would not return our calls in a timely manner. the delays mounted and we were told twice to not pay our payment because we would close soon and both times we had to scramble to make a late payment after he dropped the ball. I gave him money up front for the appaisal that he assured me would be reimbersed, but saw nothing. We had to come up with about $2000 at the closing, the another $1100 a week later to get it to fund, and most of that was supposed to be reimbersed when the old loan was paid off, but again not. Five months to refinance? Save your time and money, go somewhere else.
