        Truist needs to really do something about its employees & system. How can I do something at one location & not do it here? Wasting my time just standing there all credentials in order but not there system. Trash

        Very bad service Need to have more worker It take 30 minutes or more for two cars in front for Drive through service Inside always 30 people in line and may take 45 minutes to an hour. Very disappointed

        This is literally the slowest bank on earth. Why arent there ever enough competent people working? Why do I have to stand in line for an hour just to speak to a teller?
