TITLE: They Came, They Saw, They Conquered! RE: Moving thermostat The team I met (Mr. Bob & Mr. Jared) came ready to work and complete the job professionally. My request was a simple one (move the thermostat to another room), and because of their excellent and thorough service, they tested the heating and A/C to ensure they were working properly. The A/C didn't come on and they found a leak due to an improperly installed gasket. They charged a fair price for the needed refrigerant (not an upcharge price) as well as the gasket. They even offered tips for better efficiency in heating and cooling my home and answered all my questions. I appreciate the $10 savings for first-time customers as well! If you looking for an honest, reliable, knowledgable team, then look no further than Advanced Air. I've used companies in the past that were unscrupulous and I'm very happy to finally find one that is above board. Thank you & continued blessing to the team!
