        I ordered a motherboard for a Maytag washing machine (MVWB955FW1)from A-1 Appliance and I receive the part before the time schedule and in perfect condition. The customer service representative was very helpful and professional. I am very happy with the outcome.

        I was humiliated in their lobby because the man behind the counter had an emotional outburst at me when I went to return a part that I was told the day previous I would be able to return no issue. I'm not totally sure what he was insinuating, but I think that he was under the impression I was doing some form of return scam which is emphatically not the case. My dignity is worth more than $25, I hope that he gets the therapy and or the medication he needs.
