image I'm so happy Haley's helped me with my bathroom remodel! From the start, the sales team was awesome making my husband and me feel like royalty in their showroom. They were wonderful helping us and advising us every step of the way. We had a master bath shower and vanity remodel. Shout outs to all of the crew: Cody Barber, Pablo Luck and their team for the shower! For the vanity and countertop: Tim Pickford, Mike Harries and Anna Davis and their team(s)...you are all fantastic!!! Thank you so much for your help in making my dream master bath!

image Haley's Flooring and Interiors helped us deal with an unfortunate situation that we were left in, due to a fraudulent contractor. Jeff was my contact throughout this ordeal. He was always so compassionate and caring and wanted to help us. He went above and beyond to have everything put in place and installed before Christmas. Thank you Jeff for turning our nightmare into a dream! The kindness and professionalism that we experienced from this company was amazing. The installation teams/crews did an outstanding job with installing the flooring, carpet and tile backsplash. Everyone was courteous and professional. We are so grateful to everyone at Haley's who made this all possible. Would highly recommend Haley's Flooring and Interiors!!

image We purchased the linen tower and had it installed in July 2023. The installers informed me that they needed to follow up on the hardware and come back to finish the install. We have been contacting Haley's since August 2023 trying to find out when this would be resolved. We stopped by the store in September 2023 (9/11) and spoke with a gentleman that promised us we would have someone contact us the following Monday. No one called...no one followed up. We gave it a week and called again and was told to file a warranty claim on the website. We did that and no one contacted us. We gave it another week and spoke to someone that belonged to the flooring warranty who took our information to find out what was going on. We have spoken to her twice and both times were told that one of the co-owners was working on our issue personally. This was on 11/2/2023. We are still waiting for someone to call us back to let us know when they will finish installing the hardware, fix the nail holes and stuff around so that water doesn't get underneath the cabinet.

image There is a gap in my floor in my brand new Lennar home in Cullman Al. We bought the house in May and moved into it in July. The flooring was provided and installed by Haley's. There is a gap/uneven spot between 2 planks in a high traffic area. Hayley's is refusing to repair it.
