Not only has the company previously refused to assist me in finding work, but the Security Personnel are forced to deal with hazardous and inhumane conditions. 32 hour shifts with only a 2 hour break, 3 months+ of physically demanding work with only 2.5 days of rest in total, black mold, asbestos, severe/dangerous weather conditions, and working with people who should not be able to be employed due to criminal behavior/history that is extremely relevant to a high security position. The general attendence and effectiveness of the majority of workers is abysmal, including management and upper management. Assistance that is time sensitive and vital is not given. The mental and physical toll of the position is concerning, but nothing is being done about it. The head of the company won't even give you the time of day, and where on earth do you go from there? They're lucky no one has reported them for the numerous health and safety issues because I highly doubt they would pass any inspection.
