        The spring on my two car garage door broke during the recent snowstorm. I called this morning and Amanda quoted me a spot on, very reasonable quote as well as scheduled a same day repair, which was a mere three hours after I called. Then we were fortunate to have Glen show up and do an outstanding, professional job ... not only replacing the broken spring, but doing those little extra things that made us feel confident that you cannot go wrong with ASAP. I'll make sure to tell all my family and friends about ASAP.

        This past snow storm our garage had gotten jammed halfway and stopped working. Prior to ASAP coming out, I had a few other garage repair companies come and quote, and they were either too pricey or rude. I experienced the total opposite from ASAP throughout the whole experience. The cost was reasonable and everyone (from the phone call to schedule the appt and to our technician Tim with the repair) was very kind, patient, and pleasant to work with. Tim was able to quickly repair our garage and explained in further detail so I was able to understand each step of the process and kept me in the loop throughout the repair. I cant thank you guys enough for getting our garage door repaired in a timely manner in this cold weather. I was referred by many to ASAP, and now I can see why. I will be referring ASAP for anyone else that runs to any issues with their garage in the future! Thanks again!

      We do apologize that you had a negative experience. When the operators were installed there was no Wi-Fi at the house. Unfortunately, there is no way to connect to the internet without there being internet installed.
