Way overpriced..cramped and loud. The only reason why these apartments get away with charging high rent is because people from third world countries keep pouring in and paying whatever they can to live anywhere. Sad state of the USA.

It seems like my review disappeared so I want to be very clear that I will continue to be very loud about situations here at this apartment until they are fixed. There are out of washing machines that dont work. Theres no accountability to get them to work. Theres no accountability to make the company do refunds when the machines dont work. There are people whose dogs pee in the hallways as seen by the photo below. They pee every single day. This place does not take care of the tenants. The place is ridden with cockroaches. None of these things are being taken care of. So please dont live here because there is no manager on site. And if you write a review, theyll block it and so here I am writing another review. Parking is another situation here. Who rents a place and makes you pay for every single spot you get and doesnt provide enough parking spaces? Here is la cart if they tell you your rent is 2900 expect to pay between 32 and 3300. And the place smells bad and if you complain about it smelling bad, theyll send somebody over to cover up the bad smell with toxic chemicals that still also smell bad. They get you in and they dont take care of you. The photos below every night cockroaches everywhere.

Lived here for 3 years and 80% of the washers don't work. The kicker is that they half do but then leave you to wring out your entire load before drying because everything is still soaked. Nobody will ever fix them, they've been like like this whole time despite non stop complaints. And the management team isn't even on-site, tours are virtual. It's unbelievable.

We scheduled a tour of this place only to find all the Future Resident spots were taken. I thought there's no way 10 people are touring this place right now. Seems other residents use it as parking. There was a friendly maintenance man who asked someone standing by their car to move it so we could park for the tour. Resident seemed a bit sarcastic and bitter we took his spot. The room we toured reeked of paint and had lots of interesting bugs in it (roaches, spiders, some other unidentifiable creatures). I could tell it had the landlord special with the paint job (paint over outlets, door hinges, and other things that shouldn't be painted over). The entire complex itself reeked of dog urine and we had to dodge a lot of mud and poop on the sidewalks. The property management kept texting us if we liked the place, and we told them no for the reasons above, only to continue to get more automated texts saying "Here's a link to our available units and other pricing! :)". I only give an extra star for that nice maintenance man, but this place is way too overpriced for what it is.
