Love Avalon! Great community of people and staff is very accommodating and friendly. My spouse and I have the 1 bedroom loft and its perfect for our lifestyle! Also very convenient in terms of all our shopping and leisure is within walking distance. Feels like vacation everyday. Highly recommend!

I've lived here for the past two years. Considering the unpredictability of apartment living, it's been a great experience. The Avalon employees are great and respectful; maintenance is completed quickly; and the location is very safe and convenient. Also, apartments facing north do not get an excessive amount of sunlight, which I prefer. I rarely need to use my A/C, and I have never once needed to use the heat, which helps my wallet. The gym is nice and has enough equipment for a solid workout, though many of the gym-goers need to read a book on proper gym etiquette (a problem that is universal no matter where you go in the world, unfortunately). Overall, highly recommended!

Our time at Avalon Huntington Beach has been nothing but great. One thing that has made our experience so great is Nethwan. He made sure we had everything we needed when we moved in and he went above and beyond to do so. He is such an integral part of this community. The monthly events here are also so fun!

Fantastic place to live! I'm super happy to find this community, apartments are beautiful and well maintained by the great management of Avalon Huntington Beach. Office staff and maintenance team are rocks! Nethwan from the leasing office is always incredibly helpful and resourceful, every interaction with him or any other team members is exceptionally prompt and pleasant. I really hope to stay with Avalon family for a long term and greatly appreciate all their efforts to make this community to feel like Home.

Newthan has made a big difference at Avalon Huntington Beach. I had a major issue with my neighbor and he responded to my concerns with options and care. Newthan, Cassandra, Maggie and Trevor take care of problems immediately. They go above and beyond with events they host for tenants. The ladies in maintenance work hard to keep Avalon beautiful and clean. The maintenance staff are quick to fix things. I have lived at Avalon Hb for fours years and have not wanted to move.
