Chads extensive knowledge of racing safety equipment is beyond impressive and I gained a lot of valuable information. I highly recommend Sube Sports.

    This company misrepresents their return policy. Their terms and conditions state you will be charged for ACTUAL shipping charges if shipping was provided free on a returned item. What they actually do is determine what the shipping rate would have been if you ordered it separately. I ordered a seat that required a large box. They put two other much smaller items in the seat box. Not enough to materially change the cost of shipping, if at all, due to the large cubic size of the box. So now they want me to pay nearly $30 for shipping to return one of the items when that was not the actual cost incurred by them to add it on to the order. I did request that they send me a copy of their freight bill, along with the freight bill for another almost identical seat I bought a couple of weeks later (in the same sized box) to confirm that they actually had additional cost due to the extra item. They have elected not to respond to that request. Apparently this return shipping program is an area they derive additional profits from. If they send me proof I am wrong I will delete this post. Otherwise take it for what you think it is worth and consider how it makes you feel dealing with a business that does things this way.

Todd, You just notified us of the problem only 4 hours ago, and we have asked you to forward the product to us for our review and a quick resolution. We certainly can't do anything until the product is with us. So please why would you make such a statement?

Larry,You have severely misportrayed the facts surrounding our return policy on items shipped free from our facility without any freight charges paid on your part in an attempt to extort a desired resolution on your part with now malicious intent. Our return policy for any items shipped under our "free freight" program is published in our Terms and Conditions (T&C) at the time of sale and are required for you to ratify and accept those terms (including the terms for the return of items shipped at no cost to you). It quite clearly states, and you agreed to at that time, that any items that you did not pay for freight charges to receive the item "free of freight" on the out bound side (to you), that we will be reimbursed those freight charges (cost to us) for that item on the authorized return and credit of that/those items. Nowhere does it state that items shipped in a common box would not be charged out bound freight charges in the event of a return. If you would like to be litigious about the matter, the out-bound freight charge to get this item to you in a common box is $222.36 and in essence that would be the amount due back to us per the terms of your contractual agreement with your purchase of the items in your order. Certainly this would be a heinous application of these terms, so we are only requiring the reimbursement of the one item if shipped separately in one box delivered you by UPS Ground freight ($29.96) in an expeditious and insured method to your door step. The basis of our return freight on items shipped free of charge is because of the enormous freight charges incurred on our part (not yours) in shipping such large items as automotive seats ($200+) and having customers then decide to return the seat and us thus sustaining a loss with no sale just simply because the customer wanted to test fit or just plain change their mind about their purchase. Now having said all this and us completely fulfilling our side of our contractual agreement in a timely fashion with timely shipping and delivery of your orders to your door step, inclusive Sube Sports Club 10% discount (savings of $207.69 to you) , with free freight at no cost to you (savings in excess of $450.00 to you between both orders), but when it comes time for you to fulfill your side of the executed agreement to reimburse a portion of our costs to deliver these products ($29.96) in the event of the return that we are somehow taking advantage of you? So I ask what additional profits are we receiving here? We are more than happy to extend great savings as demonstrated above as long as you simply abide by the Terms and Conditions that you agreed and ratified at the time of your order with us. To now try to defame my business's good name and 37 years of stellar business reputation with a one star rating is indeed heinous and petty on your part. You should be ashamed of yourself.
