        A very quit, serene, and well-kept place to live! Carla the manager is very professional and always a pleasure to deal with. Claudia in the office is very nice and helpful as well. They have an available heated pool & jacuzzi, with basketball, tennis, pickleball, workout equipment, and more. The people that live there are very nice and friendly and tend to be young to middle aged professionals.

This apartment community in the heart of Huntington Beach has it all – easy access to the 405 Frwy, flexible lease terms, state-of-the-art Recreation Room and Fitness Center, over-sized patios/yards and just steps to one of our many bbcue areas.   Our apartment homes, surrounded by creeks and waterfalls -- have been recently remodeled with upgraded granite counters, new white cabinetry and wood like flooring and include PRIVATE GARAGES!!  All this and a resort style pool surrounded by majestic pines in a creek-like setting.  Walk to the renown Bella Terra shopping center which is home to cinemas and an array of eateries and enjoy a true California shopping experience.
