I have been using Southern Advantage's services since 2013, and it has always been nothing but a pleasure to deal with these guys. Very nice and knowledgeable. Ed is such a great guy and a miracle worker. Thought my family tape was stuck in a broken VCR and he came to the rescue. Had it done in one day too. I highly recommend this spot!

I have known Ed for a few years and have worked on stage in the Lake Norman region for public events. He knows his stuff when it comes to audio and visual needs. Southern Advantage is the only call that you need to make. They will take care of you. Highly recommended.

I was very pleased with the service I received from Southern Advantage. I ordered a refurbished JVC- SRDVM700 to use for recording the services at our church. When the unit arrived, I could not get it to work, so I called Southern, and the technician patiently walked me through all the possible troubleshooting steps. He was very kind and did not treat me like I was technically inept. After trying several scenarios, he told me that he would just ship another unit to me. Within two days, the unit arrived and it worked perfectly. I was very impressed with the way I was treated, and I would highly recommend this company.
