Gene's Disposal Services

If the city didn't make us use this company... we wouldn't. Poor customer service and when I asked for another supervisor to speak since Beth is the manager, she refused. She refused to meet in the middle of a solution for my parents that don't speak English and said that English is "a major language." No, it's not, lol. Anyways, I don't know where the note went that we had settled this years ago that would allow an authorization on payments but I know it has been incomplete. This company needs a system that would allow us to make payments without us having to speak with them. A second star for the reliable service weekly.

We are very pleased with Gene's Disposal - Garbage Service. They come weekly to our home for trash pickup at the curb. They are punctual and do anything extra we ask of them. Prices are competitive and you get to support a small local business. We've been customers for 10 + years. Service: Trash removal & disposal

I helped a family member downsize as she was going from a 3 bedroom townhouse to a 1 bedroom studio. I ened up with alot more "get rid" of stuff than planned. Called Gene's Disposal and the lady who answered said they would accept the stuff. I was greeted by friendly staff and when I went to unload the truck and trailer, Gene and his worker Jacob helped me unload and sort the mess. I paid a reasonable fee and the experience was very good! Thanks Gene and staff!!! KDP
