ARS Restoration Specialists

Had a mold problem in my attic that they said they took care of. 2 years later same problem back. told me it was my problem and they would be happy to come out on my dime to "fix the issue again". There are other companies out there that will stand behind there work.

Not a professional business. We had water damage to our home the beginning of December. Many of there reps came to our house numerous times. Never the same person. They never would call us. Every time we were able to contact them they blamed Allstate insurance. Come to find out they told the insurance company after waiting almost 3 months to come repair the damage they did not want the job. Thankfully, the insurance company told us that they will be dropping them from there list of reputable contractors.

They seem to lack integrity, organization and are very careless with personal information. Check multiple reviews before making a decision on who to use for restoration. Worst company I've encountered by a long shot.

They promised me that they would do their best to help me get through the process of drmd after a fire..one month later and they're not done yet.. windows broken,bui build left open to weather and vandals.expensive items missing.They we're even good enough to offer to let me pay to have their dumpster moved..Quite a circus.. I would never recommend this company.
