On a very rainy morning, I lost my windshield wiper on 290 on the way to bring my daughter to a dance competition. As it was supposed to rain all day, I knew I needed to replace it before trying to head back home. During her longest break, I flew to the Hudson Auto Zone. I explained exactly what I needed and that I was in a hurry, and Javier quickly looked up the part, grabbed it for me, cashed me out quickly, and even installed the wiper IN THE POURING RAIN. I could not have been more appreciative. He had me back at Assabet in no time to continue the dance competition madness. As I was driving home in a downpour, I was very thankful I was able to get a wiper so quickly.

Do yourself a favor and do not go to this store. Others stores are fine but this one, you will find some young kids that doesn't know anything about cars. Called and asked for a part and he said couldn't find it and said that it was not available. The way he was talking was so slow that I thought he was high or something. I said okay thank you and hung up. Checked the website and found the part in stock. Called again and gave him the part number. I wanted to make sure that they actually had in stock. The kid put me on hold for 15 minutes and I had to hung up because I had already arrived at the store so I was going to find it myself. When I got to the store, that were like 7 kids just talking and hanging out and the phone still on hold and nobody looking for my part. Found my part myself and I'm never going back to that store. They put any kid to work there with no knowledge to even find a part on the computer? You must be kidding me autozone.

I'd like to give a huge shout out to Javier!! He could not have been more helpful or kinder. He helped us solve a tire problem. I would be thrilled if I had a store and he worked in it. Buen trabajo Javier. Muchas gracias caballero!
