Kosin's Glass - Showroom

No called No showed for a home window repair estimate and measurement. Even though I talked with a customer rep the morning of the appointment. This person gave me a window of 11 am- 2pm and even stated they would try to accommodate me by putting it closer to 11 am and assured a phone call 30 min beforehand. Neither happened. Luckily glass doctor is coming so no worries. I would recommend them as they beat kosins on my car windshield by 50 dollars and fixed it in my driveway.

This experience might have been the best Ive ever had in customer service with a company ever. Val was able to fit me in to get my windshield replaced in just a few hours of when I called to try and get an appointment. She helped me with the insurance and my windshield was replaced and my car was ready to go in less than a few hours. I would recommend this company to anyone with a windshield and to anyone who needs a stress free glass replacement experience in general.
