Terrible customer service. I wanted to make a payment online, like I normally do, but for some reason their system would not allow me to do that, so I tried calling a few times over a period of a few days to speak to someone and to make a payment. I tried calling on several different days, but the hold time was always too long for me to wait-45min-1hour. Finally, I left a phone number to an automated system to get a call back. I got a call back. The rep who called me was not able to help me and transferred me without even asking if I wanted to be transferred to another department. This time I decided to wait. After 45 minutes of holding, someone finally picked up only to let me know that they could not help me either and transferred me again... I was being bounced around like a ball to wrong departments and nobody was able to assist me. This kind of incompetence when you are simply trying to make a payment on your premium is completely unprofessional. Imagine if you actually have to file a claim. Very disappointing and unpleasant experience.
