Abacus Plumbing, Air Conditioning, & Electrical - Houston

Ive used them multiple times for various things. They are extremely overpriced and they are also extremely predatory. They will tell you a $10k problem exists when it doesnt, which they have done to me multiple times. But today theyre finishing a whole home repipe that was supposed to take 2-3 days and we are on day 12 due to consistent miscommunication. There has not been a smooth day of this process, and I was left for days without running water because of a problem that wasnt real. From just inspecting a leak, to dealing with financing, to the actual plumbing work, to patching up the drywall.. its been a nightmare every step of the way and I will never use this company again.

I had a water heater put in today and I couldnt be happier with the professional they sent to my home. First of all Abacus will text you a bio of the plumber arriving at your home so you know exactly who to expect. Dustin St Claire was my plumber and he was very experienced, answered all of my questions. He went above and beyond with the installation and cleanup afterwards. He will definitely be my plumber going forward. Please take my word for it.

Good work, but pricing policy seems unfair... ABACUS technician was competent and fixed my leak, but their pricing policy needs improvement. It's frustrating to pay full price for leak detection services you don't actually need. For customers who know exactly where their plumbing issue is, their billing feels a bit unfair.

These people did so work on my sister's house in Houston and she called them to let them know that her husband had passed away but they gave her all types of grief. They said she had solar panels on the house they put on , which there are not any panels there. They wanted the deed to her house, the will and his death certificate (which we can see that) but I will be damn if these people will get the 1st two.
