At Your Side was there when we needed them and surpassed our expectations. As all the children live out of town and Mom and Dad want to stay in their home, we had to make the right decision for their wellbeing. We agonized over what to do and if it would be enough. Mom and Dad have always been so good to us and we want to give them the best care - the care they deserve. Because of the wonderful caregivers and office staff at AYS , we felt comfortable with them at home. They have absolutely great caregivers. Mom needs help with serious memory issues and the caregivers were knowledgeable, gentle, caring and took care of Mom the way we would if we were able to be close to her. Dad has complex medical issues with frequent doctor visits and coordination and the awesome caregivers carefully managed his conditions. Without their excellent service, we would have been lost. We can't thank them enough for their kindness, compassion and help at every turn. Every single person we have encountered at AYS were attentive to the needs of the family and helped us above and beyond. Just cannot say enough good things about AYS and we highly recommend them.
