Place needs to shut down. The employee pushed my sister and said a foul language to her after she confronted him about taking videos of her without asking for permission. We have escalated this situation further with the department of state.

A pakistan origin parents applied visa on line for our daughter and paid $120.00 for five years visa as we all have five years visa and our daughter has five years visa in the past . But this time we got only 6 months visa and single entry. I would like to know why ?Even though previously she had five years visa and sent you all the detail . Very disappointed .. Thats how you treat your own overseas Pakistani . I m also writing to prime minister citizen portal to let them know , how well this consulate is treating overseas Pakistani. I thought they are here to help instead they will not answer the phones nor willing to help in any way . From Orlando Florida.
