This office sucks! Money grabbing unnecessary waste of time appointments to get simple things other offices can do over the phone done- doctors leave without notice- office staff doesnt check provider is available for your needs before booking appts - NEVER even close to on time- terrible parking- ever since Patricia Thompson left, this office has gone to $h1t! Fired and deleted from my contacts!

Doctor was great and they were able to take me at a short notice. This is why in my opinion they get any stars. The negative I've experienced was no follow up with the office staff, no returned calls, and no returned emails. If you go just make sure you get all of your answers in that day.

HORRIBLE STAFF. STAY AWAY! Dr. Burtons staff are incompetent and rude. Especially Gwen, the so called Phlebotomists who doesnt know anything!! All she knows how to do is draw the same basic panels that Dr. Burton has her do daily. My mother went to get labs drawn and Gwen couldnt even do it because she said it would take to long to look through the book to figure out what each lab means. A true, educated Phlebotomists whos well trained, would be able to draw any panel. Furthermore, Gwen is VERY RUDE and yells at patients when they call and ask questions. Gwen also breaks the law by acting as the physician by making determinations on what medications she will and will not call in to the pharmacy, even when Dr. Burton has already approved the medications to be refilled, Gwen refuses. Gwen is an idiot and is incompetent. I cant stand her. Lastly, the medical assistant (the one who wears long false eyelashes and bold multicolor eye shadow), appears to have mental issues as her behavior is constantly questionable. She has to always be told by her peers to calm down and slow down, as she paces down the hallway and in between patient rooms. She has been seen crying on the job and begging patients not to tell Dr. Burton shes been crying. Its very clear something is mentally off with her. This also goes for Dr. Burtons sister. The older woman who sits in the back with long false eyelashes and long braids. She is very incompetent as well and doesnt give Dr. Burton messages from patients when they request a call back. You will rarely get a call back from this Doctor. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. PATIENTS BEWARE!!! DO NOT USE THIS MEDICAL FACILITY!!!!
