Their "white glove service" is a joke. They're supposedly not allowed to drill into wood, so I've got a ton of heavy pieces I have to assemble and lift by myself. I wouldn't have bought if I'd known this.

Dont buy the dream sectional. Dropped a ton of money on one. Im not sure if their display dream sectional at the store have better cushion. When we sat on it at the showroom it felt comfortable and supportive almost like lying in a temper-pedicure mattress. When we got our couch its mushy you sink into the couch and the pillows are paper thin fluffed with feathers that falls out of the casing. Very very disappointing. Took 4 months to get the couch delivered as well. Honestly living spaces have better furniture for 1/4 of the price. Big mistake for trying to buy something nice.

I went this afternoon and I was rudely followed the whole time by this employee named Marcela. I felt so uncomfortable the whole time, because every time I looked up I saw her starring at me rudely like I was trying to steal. Im not sure if this was some sort of racial discrimination, but I will NEVER be coming back to this location because of her! I was actually looking to furnish my new home, but ill be looking elsewhere now ! I hope the manager sees this, and correct that behavior because its unacceptable.
