As the current owner of the store, I apologize to anyone who has had a bad experience. While there have been some challenges since purchasing the store in August 2012, we believe that we provide the best service in town, and we will continue to strive to keep each customer happy.

I have been doing business with this Postal Center for 3 years now. The old owners were always nice but would hardly have the shop open during its posted business hours, which was very frustrating considering I am a box holder. The new owner and team are great! The store is always clean and they are very friendly and willing to go the extra mile for me. I work for one of the top 10 rated customer service companies and know service when I see it. Keep up the good work guys as I will never go else where as long as you don't upset me!! Thanks

I really am surprised at the angry posts. I was traveling to Spain on businessand shipped a package to Milwaukee. The owner, helped me to decide which way to send it, went over my options and prices. I mistakenly gave her the wrong address of my friend in Mlwaukee. She called my number here in Houston, found out where I was staying ,from my wife, in Spain (Barcelona) and she went the extra mile to call me to find out the correct address so that the package could be delivered. I would use this store without fail. Of course I used FedEX since they expalined to me before that they could not trace post office packages.
This is not the first time I have gone in this store but it definitely will not be the last. GREAT SERVICE!!!!!!!
