Lakeside

As beautiful as the property and nearby neighborhood is, it’s not worth living here. I reluctantly renewed my lease being in no place to move right away and I regret it. Since I’ve moved in I’ve known zero peace: there was a flea infestation (I don’t have pets), loud continuous upstairs parties and cleaning up my neighbor’s dog’s feces that fell from their balcony onto mine. This is all before mentioning the leasing office and how they’re about as helpful as a broken flashlight in the dark. Maria, the only resident coordinator to an entire apartment complex, told me “there are more serious issues like domestic violence” when I made a 4th complaint ab my neighbor’s (party) noise that kept me up til 4AM. I was happy when I moved in, but living here has been an absolute nightmare. DO NOT MOVE HERE!

I had a great vibe the second I drove up to the complex. Tatiana Rodriguez was a great lease consultant! The apartment is very spacious too.

I am so thankful for Lakeside Place Apartments. They worked with and around my crazy schedule..The process was smooth with the help of the lovely Ms. Irene! She was so patient and kind..Thank u for everything and I love my town house!!!
