Tejas Smokers, Inc

I've owned a Tejas 1628 for approx. 15 years. It's the best smoker I have owned. The quality is exceptional. Last week I called with a maintenance question. It rang several times, I figured they were busy & I would call back another time. A few minutes later I received a call from Tejas ' Hi we missed a call from you" I was absolutely amazed that they would take the time to call me back to see if they could be of help. Well done and thanks for the awesome service.

Absolutely fantastic customer service! Super helpful, reasonable prices and they're happy to deal with international customers. My burners arrived in Canada in record time, which is rare these days. I can't say enough about this company and their incredible customer service people. Thanks, Jesus & your team. A++++!
