Tuan does great things on behalf of the owner who - not gonna lie - comes across as a bit gruff; Dale is a busy man he doesnt apologize for being cranky. That said, his assistant Tuan worked miracles on my behalf when an old HP printer seemed destined for the garbage pile due to the manufacturers firm resistance to giving actual support. Tuan tenaciously tested and researched the unit and somehow got things up and running again! A brilliant job, great work ethic. And in the end, Dales invoice was more than reasonable. I am grateful to Primary Computer Service for the efforts and the money saved! (Versus buying a new unit from a different, more supportive manufacturer)

I needed my desktop computer worked on because it was running very slow and it had just kept getting worse over time. I was also having problems with my printer. I found Primary Computer Service online as www.NOTa Geek.biz and asked for them to come out for an evaluation and tune-up of my PC and to check out my printer. Dale Gibble came to my house the day after I called. I was very impressed with his knowledge and straight-forward manner as well as his openness and honesty and how he explained everything. Their pricing was also very fair as well. I highly recommend this company if you need any work done on your computer.

After a long and arduous journey, Tuan was able to determine that both the motherboard and RAM sticks had been corrupted on my PC. He replaced it both and now it finally works like new again!
