Maliah is an extremely helpful and friendly leasing agent. My girlfriend and I recently moved in and had a laundry list of questions about our floorplan of choice and the community in general. Maliah was prompt in getting us answers and was diligent in maintaining communication with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Were very excited to start our next chapter here!

I lived here for about 2 years and I had a pretty good experience. Here are a list of some pros and cons:
Pros: Overall, I felt like the building was pretty safe and secure, and I liked the convenience of walking to work. The pools and gyms were always in good working condition and the maintenance folks were always pretty timely with getting to work orders. Valet trash came by Mon-Fri and would take out trash - that being said, I only had about 2 cockroach encounters in my whole time living here. Plenty of street and guest parking, and management does a really good job of communicating things that tenants need to know. Lots of good restaurants and bars within walking distance and the location is quickly accessible from I-69.
Cons: In the two year time span of being here, I had two amazon packages get stolen. There was also one occasion where I failed to lock my car and the next morning, my car was rooted through in the parking garage and a tool kit was stolen from my car. There are usually homeless people in the area, so that's just something to keep in mind - never caused any issues for me. There is a decent amount of street noise from Brazos Street on Friday and Saturday nights.
I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a reasonable price and a higher-end feel in an apartment. If I was looking to move back to the area, I would be happy to live here again. The property definitely encompasses a good mix of downtown and a suburb feel.

Honestly a hidden gem. Have lived here for a month and love it so far! Prime location, friendly staff, awesome maintenance. Maliah, Jason, Negib and the rest are all top tier.

I had a fantastic time here. Maliah showed me around the property, and she was incredibly charming. The community is serene and stunning. I'm eagerly anticipating my move-in day!! If you are looking for a place to move this is it!
