I had a bad experience with RF secret. Few months after my skin still red, burned and very sensitive. They dont really care. Just want to continue my treatment and take my money without to consider my side effects. They refused to refund me. They burn me and keep my money. People are very nice when you arrived and after they flee and are not honest.

I used to come here. Not anymore. I had an abnormal looking mole on my thigh that I pointed out to her, for TWO visits, and each time I told Dr. Bruce my concerns, she brushed my worries off due to my age, despite my having a literal family history of skin cancer and being super pale + sunburning easily. The mole had been changing. She said she wouldn't take it off to test it but said if I really wanted it off she'd have to bill it as a cosmetic removal, which isn't covered by insurance. She also said I was too young to worry about this (again, disregarding my family history) and that I don't want a scar at my age do I? Jeezus. I don't care about scarring, I care about my health! I was still concerned, so went to a different dermatologist - who immediately was concerned by the spot and told me that mole needed to have come off YESTERDAY, and guess what, it came back from testing as being a severe dysplastic nevus, which is the FINAL STEP OF A MOLE BEFORE IT TURNS INTO SKIN CANCER. I was extremely lucky that I chose to go see someone else as soon as I did, otherwise I'd have had a bigger headache to deal with. I had to go back to a specialist to surgically remove a large literal inch wide chunk of my leg flesh to ensure there was no problematic tissue left. Now I have a large scar on my leg that is visible, but, I'm safe and healthy and that is what matters. Do NOT go here if you have medical concerns. They don't listen

Consultation was horrendous. Huge infomercial first for their products. The speed was 75% of my appointment time. then they Sent me for Mohs treatment/removal of  cancerous bumps on my chest.  A new mom of twins, I was beside myself for the 10 days I waited for an appointment. I was convinced by their demeanors it was already too late for me. (Another doctor came in to discuss my chest also and both looked grim). Finally got in with The Mohs expert, Dr. Price, and he said, from across the room, nothing on your chest to worry about  but you have a cancerous legion on your nose. Across the room and ZERO equipment...just his eyes.Suzanne Bruce's office caused me 10 days of suffering because they don't know what skin cancer looks like. Besides seeing cancer where there was none they MISSED a cancerous legions on my nose! And did they follow up? Of course not, but maybe if I had bought their overpriced products.....I wouldn't trust them again. Too many great dermatologists out there. Look at the reviews. Give this one a miss.
