I been calling these people for 5 hours straight no one has picked up nor has anymore called me back, this is ridiculous im switching companies for sure. They dont care about their customers at all.

Worst company they scam you! And are so rude! Go to any other electric company! They say they change way less but charge over 16cents

It a no go for me I been with this company for about 2to 3 years now and they say you get free night but you don't and then they get u with these payments arrangements and you stuck until you pay them back so as I finish I'm definitely out I'm on SSI I'm disabled and most of the money 💲 go to the light company I can't believe you doing your doing business like that don't get stuck like I and many more did
