Marquette at Piney Point Apartments

There is no security in this property, every day a car wakes up without wheels, they do nothing and in the office they do not attend.

I used to live here but now I regret it. Before it was better, but now with the new management I got worst they never pick up your calls you have to go to the office. Yesterday was my last day there and it says that it close at 5 y went there at 4:44 and it was already close so I called them and no one answered me, and today am trying to call them again, and there is no one answering the phone.

Current resident , This was a great apartment when I first moved in and I believe the manager was Chasity , she is amazing now that it’s under new management nothing gets done in a timely matter at all . I’m extremely happy my lease is almost over .

An update!! We have new management and all I can say is.... THE GHETTO!!! They are letting ANYBODY move in here. If you value your safety and have the slightest bit of sense... don’t move here! It won’t let me change my stars to zero but if I could I would smh. also don’t believe these pictures lol this place is a dump. They don’t keep the property up at all. I thought the old management was slacking but these new people are TERRIBLE!! It’s been getting really bad over here lately! The traffic that goes through here at night is very suspect. The incoming new people all seem to be very young and a much rougher crowd. I’ve witnessed drug deals as well as other crimes and management doesn’t seem to care at all!

This apartment right now is very very very bad, before was soo good, the owner will take care you and helping you , BUT NOW EVERYTHING Is CHANGE. Email and call for office , nobody will answer you. These pictures was September 23rd morning 6am, when I go to work , I am the first one saw all these cars get window broken , that is very crazy!!!!! This apartment gate always open , and no security. They change owner , and doesn’t care anything. Grow up the rent. How can this happened, same time broken a lot cars windows😑😑😑 I just want a lot people can see what this apartment happened !!! The room is good. But for the safe is very bad🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ I am happy I am gonna move soon here.
