ARS was able to respond to an emergency at 5pm on a Friday in a heavy rainstorm within an hour and fix a leak. Great service!

We contacted Mitch to come out and look at our roof. He told us he would come early in the afternoon on the 24th, Christmas Eve. This was the date and time that he suggested, not one that we requested specifically. We confirmed with him the day before to make sure the appointment was on. On the day of the appointment he did not show up, or contact us with any kind of explanation. We tried calling several times and left voicemails and he never called back. We called a few days later and no luck. Even after that he never tried to contact us again. We were actually late to a family Christmas Eve family event because we tried to wait a little longer and give him the benefit of the doubt. If he had an issue with coming out on Christmas Eve, he could have easily scheduled us for another day. Needless to say we have found someone else to work on our roof.
My google account is under my maiden name. My husband, Brent Eiden, was the one who spoke and made the appointment with Mitch.
