I had a terrible experience with Zahida in Houston. Initially, Zahida seemed friendly and willing to fulfill my custom dupatta order for my wedding dress. However, her behavior drastically changed after my first appointment. She constantly forgot our previous discussions and appeared disinterested. During our appointment, she would frequently leave to attend to other customers without an appointment time to laugh and talk with, disregarding our time and driving from a considerable distance. She displayed disrespectful behavior, including holding her head in her hands while my mother was talking, shaking her head, and giving annoyed looks while we were talking. Moreover, she insulted my dress, made snarky comments, and showed a lack of respect. Despite agreeing to her terms and prices, her behavior did not improve. When I became upset, she accused me of ruining her business and questioned my emotional response. I eventually asked for my deposit back, and she responded by attacking my character and faith. She later claimed to be praying for me, despite her disrespectful actions. I strongly advise against working with this designer, as her behavior was unprofessional and contemptuous.

I ordered my wedding outfit from Bridals n More for my wedding reception in February of 2023. Zahida auntie helped me design my outfit and it turned out amazing! She is easy to work with and gives a lot of time to her clients. I am very picky when it comes to my clothes and I can't thank her enough for ensuring my outfit fit well, was beautiful, and affordable. Thank you to the Bridals n more team!

I purchased 2 dresses from here and I am beyond satisfied! Zahida aunty and the staff was very helpful with everything! They were also very responsive. I highly recommend them!
