This location has some of the best therapists Ive ever had. Theyre very knowledgeable about their profession and get the job done. Its always a great experience from the moment I enter to the moment I leave. The ladies at the front are very welcoming and easy to talk to. P.S. If youre looking for a recommendation. Try Alfonso or Daimon. They wont disappoint.

I've been a member of this location for years!! All of their therapists and front desk staff are the best! Always kind and they always make sure you're comfortable. I sit at a desk all day so it's so important for me to have my legs focused on for my circulation. The facility is very clean. I especially love their tranquility room for that calm prep before your massage. Book now, thank me later!!

I'm not really a complainer! But it's been truly my worst experience. I'm supposed to get a refund on my last payment which was withdrawn automatically from my bank account by mistake. I'd cancelled my membership before that payment was due. First, they couldn't find the cancellation form I'd signed. Then, they found it. It's been since early October that they said it's gonna be refunded. I've been so tired of calling them again and again and talking to the front desk and hire manager and the main manager and everybody. Everytime they apologize and say they understand the situation and it will be refunded. It's been two months. I really need that money back. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Even though I had good experiences with the massage itself, but it is NOT worth this headache at all !!! Now, they're gonna leave a comment of apology for this one and say that it will going to be taken care of. Again, they're gonna make me wonder why a simple refund process has been so impossible to be done. I'm seeing the reviews and I wish I'd paid attention to them before I go to the Envy massage to become a member.
