I love South Dakota but Best Western Sundowner Inn in Hot Spring city is the worst hotel on earth. Please never stop by here. Sandy, mother of the manager here, works at the front desk and she was extremely rude and mean on top of being super racist. Never forget who Americans are. Be shame for yourself when you tell people to go back to their country and get out of your hotel when all they ask for is clean towels. I pity you for ruining America. Hope you and your hotel are only the very few in this country. God bless your dirty soul.

I have stayed at this hotel on two different trips a year apart and both times enjoyed my stay. I think that the hotel staff are very friendly. They have made getting a room easy, which is very important because after driving for hours I do not want to be hassled with getting a room. Both rooms I have stayed in are very clean. From the first time I stayed they upgraded the televisions which I think is a cool. I was able to meet the managers both times staying at this hotel and they both made sure my stay was what I expected. The breakfast service is simple but they do have someone to help with anything needed. Which even though I don’t usually need anything it’s great to have someone there to help people that do. This hotel is a great place to stay for both price and convenience.
