        Unfortunately not a great experience. Took forever to place the order and then a backlog on manufacturer. To top it off they were damaged in install and a tear later Im still waiting for a plan to resolve. In addition in trying to fix the windows they caused over 1000 in damage

        Do not use this company. Their customer service is terrible. Still waiting for them to complete the project. work never finished. Broken window and torn screen Molding not match.

        Our exterior windows are from Mon-Ray in our home that we purchased a few months ago. I saw the sticker on them after struggling to figure out how to get the screen out to install our window ac unit. I called and spoke to this nice man who talked me through how to remove the screen over the phone! What great customer service! If we need to replace or update anything, Ill be calling them again! Thank you for your help!
